Lucia Foti Belligambi

Lucia Foti Belligambi has been an independent Director of Banca Monte dei Paschi since 2023, where she is also a member of the Related Party Transactions Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

She holds a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Catania and is a Chartered Accountant and Auditor. 
She was a lecturer on Corporate Taxation in the Executive Master’s Degree of the Bocconi School of Business Management (SDA) and still teaches in the Master’s Programme in Tax Law of the Sole24Ore Business School. 

She has held the position of Chairperson of the Board of Statutory Auditors and Standing Auditor in financial, real estate, industrial, commercial and service companies, such as Softec S.p.A., where she was also a member of the 231 Supervisory Body, Finlombarda Gestioni Sgr S.p.A. and companies of the Klepierre Group.  

She has been Standing Auditor of Manufactures Dior S.r.l. since 2016, Chairperson of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Galleria Commerciale Porta di Roma S.p.A. since 2019 and Chairperson of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Orsero S.p.A. since 2023. 

She was a statutory auditor of Poste Assicura S.p.A..
