Nicola Massimo Clarelli

With a degree cum laude in Business Administration from the Second University of Naples and registered with the Italian Register of Chartered Accounts and Statutory Auditors, Mr. Clarelli began his career in accounting and auditing at Arthur Andersen S.p.A. and later Deloitte Consulting.

In 2011, he joined Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A. as Head of Budget & Accounting, responsible for the preparation of the Bank's standalone and consolidated financial statements, as well as all administrative and accounting processes.

In 2015, he became Head of Administration and Financial Reporting, and in 2016, he was also appointed Financial Reporting Officer.

In 2025, he joined IBL Banca as Deputy Chief Executive Officer.

In July 2026, he was appointed Head of Administration, Financial Statements and Reporting at Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A. as well as Financial Reporting Officer.
