After a brief experience in a metalworking and mechanical engineering company, where she was tasked with administrative/accounting responsibilities, Ms. Ferri joined Monte dei Paschi di Siena in 1986, with her first appointment being in the branch of Vietri Sul Mare.
Until 2001 she held a number of positions within the Commercial Network's Forlì and Bologna Branches.
In 2001, she was part of a Work Group, named “Paschi Valore”, which had the task of reorganising the Network’s commercial processes.
In 2002, she began her experience in Knowledge Management and Training contributing, among other things, to setting up the Savings and Pensions Academy.
In 2005, she joined the Industrial Relations Department, first as a specialist and later, in 2008, as Head Manager, where she held the position until 2017. From 2012 to 2017, she was a member of the Management Committee and Board of Directors of ENBICREDITO for the management of the Employment Fund.
In 2017, she became Head of Human Resources for the Chief Lending Officer Division, overseeing the people management and development processes.
In addition, she served as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Monte dei Paschi di Siena Employee Pension Fund, a company pension scheme that provides supplementary pension benefits to its members or their successors.
In July 2019, Ms. Ferri was appointed the "Employer for the protection of health and safety at work” - i.e. the Employer for "preventive" purposes in compliance with BMPS' new By-Laws.
In the same month, she was also named Chief Safety Officer responsible for managing all health and safety issues in the company, in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/08, and for defining the physical safety guidelines.
Ms. Ferri was appointed Chief Human Capital Officer on 6 February 2024
