Barbara Tadolini has been an independent director of Banca Monte dei Paschi since December 2024 and currently serves as a member of the Risk and Sustainability Committee and the Related-Party Transactions Committee.
She holds a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Genoa and is a Chartered Accountant and Auditor. Having worked with the Arthur Andersen tax consultancy firm in Genoa, where she gained experience in national and international tax advisory, she co-founded Tierre – Chartered Accountants, a firm specialising in business and tax advisory services, as well as valuations and appraisals, where she worked until 2022.
She is currently Chairperson of the Board of Statutory Auditors of ENEL S.p.A. and has been a standing auditor at Parmalat S.p.A. since 2017, Francesco Baretto S.p.A. since 2015 (serving as Chairperson since 2021), Galbusera Biscotti S.r.l. since 2022, Euromobiliare Advisory SIM since 2023, and GB Bernucci S.r.l. since 2024.
She has also served as an independent director at Nice Footwear Spa, Unipolsai Assicurazioni Spa and Fondiaria Sai.
She has held the position of Standing Auditor at Luxottica Group S.p.A., Tiscali S.p.A. (where she was also Chairperson of the Board of Statutory Auditors), Grandi Navi Veloci S.p.A., Burke & Novi S.r.l., Salmoiraghi & Viganò S.p.A. and Vista SI S.p.A.. She has also served as Chairperson of the Board of Statutory Auditors of several companies of the Ecoerdania Group and Porto di Arenzano S.p.A..
She has been an auditor of ASP Emanuele Brignole, Genoa and has served on the Board of the National Pension and Welfare Fund for Chartered Accountants.
She is a member of Women Corporate Directors, AIDC Milano.
