What will the banks of the future be like?

In a society that is changing very quickly and that has, for too long, believed in a model of development that no one can sustain anymore, banks are called upon to play a crucial role in shaping the development model, taking into account environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues in their lending policies and investment choices. The banks of the future will have the possibility to create value for society by increasingly incorporating these issues into their strategies and by guiding and educating entrepreneurs and savers towards long-term sustainability goals.
