Banca Mps: following the reduced italian economic prospects, due to the Corona Virus crisis, Fitch places bmps on rating watch negative
Siena, 24 March 2020 – Banca Monte Paschi di Siena informs that Fitch Ratings, following Corona virus reduced growth prospects for the Italian economy, places on Rating Watch Negative (“RWN”) BMPS long-term ratings: Long-Term Issuer Default Rating (“B”), Viability Rating (“b”), Deposit and Senior preferred debt ratings (both at “B”) and Subordinated debt rating (“CCC+”).
