RESOLUTION TO UNILATERALLY TERMINATE THE LABOUR CONTRACT WITH LUIGI LOVAGLIO AS GENERAL MANAGER
Siena, 7 April 2026 – The Board of Directors of Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena, held today under the chairmanship of Avv. Nicola Maione, following - and as direct consequence - of the revocation of the powers resolved on 25 March, decided to unilaterally terminate the labor contract with Luigi Lovaglio as general manager.
