MPS GROUP FINALISES THE SALE OF THE MAJORITY OF THE REAL ESTATE ASSETS INCLUDED IN THE ARDIAN DEAL
Siena, 30 November 2020 – MPS Group has completed today the sale of most of the properties included in the portfolio of assets to be sold to Ardian, as announced to the market on 1 July 2020 (the “Ardian Portfolio”).
Today’s closing – which is part of the commitments undertaken with the European Commission in the context of the 2017-2021 Restructuring Plan – will have a positive impact of approximately 10 bps on the Bank’s CET1 ratio with respect to the level recorded on the 30 September 2020.
