Siena, 13 October 2022 - Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A. (the “Bank”) announces the following change to the 2022 Financial Calendar published on 19 January 2022:

• the Interim Report on Operations – Third Quarter 2022 will be submitted for approval to the Board of Directors of the Bank in the meeting of 10 November 2022, instead of the meeting of 3 November 2022.

This postponement is necessary to allow the inclusion of the effects resulting from the voluntary early retirement plan of the Bank's employees (part of the 2022-2026 Business Plan) with respect to the outcome the Bank’s capital increase.
