Resignation of director Fabrizio Palermo
Siena, 7 May 2026 – Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A. (the “Bank”) announces that Fabrizio Palermo, an independent Director and member of the Related-Party Transactions Committee, resigned from office late last evening, with immediate effect, as he does not concur with the recent corporate governance determinations.
