Siena, 3 December 2020 – Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.a informs that has planned a Board of Directors scheduled for December 17, 2020, in the context of which a strategic plan proposal will be presented. The document, which constitutes the necessary precondition for the start of discussions with DG Comp, will contain different scenarios of capital requirements consistent with the hypotheses of the strategic plan. By the end of January 2021, the Bank will submit its capital plan to the ECB, including the preparatory measures for the necessary capital
strengthening.
