Notice of Filing

Siena, 14 April 2025 - With reference to the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders’
Meeting of Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A. (the “Bank”), convened on 17 April
2025, notice is hereby given that, following a request for disclosure of information from Consob pursuant to article 114, paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree No. 58/1998 (“TUF”), the Bank published two supplementary notes to the explanatory reports prepared pursuant to article 125-ter TUF concerning items 1) of the extraordinary part and 4) of the ordinary part.

Both documents have been made available at the Bank’s registered office in Siena, Piazza Salimbeni No. 3, and on the authorized storage mechanism eMarket STORAGE, available at www.emarketstorage.com, as well as on the website https://www.gruppomps.it/en in the Corporate Governance – Shareholders’ Meeting
and BoD section.
