INFORMATION REQUIRED BY CONSOB PURSUANT ART. 114 PAR. 5 OF D.LGS. N. 58/98
Siena, 30 June 2022 – In compliance with the information required by Consob pursuant to art. 114 paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree no. 58/98, Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A. (the “Bank”) informs that, considering what has been already communicated on 23 June with reference to the 2022-2026 Business Plan, and with regard to the signing by the Bank of the pre-underwriting agreement and the support expressed by the MEF, in proportion with its current shareholding, in relation to the proposed capital increase operation, no further updates have been recorded.
