BANCA MPS: CHAIRPERSON PATRIZIA GRIECO TENDERS RESIGNATION
Siena, 23 March 2023 – Further to the press release of 19 January 2023, announcing that Patrizia Grieco, Chair of the Board of Directors of Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A., was unavailable to serve for a new term, we hereby inform you that, having accepted a new position in another listed
company, she has tendered her resignation as Chairperson and member of the Board of Directors as of 26 March 2023.
The President thanks all the Bank's employees, the Chief Executive Officer, the members of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors, for the very rich professional and human experience and, above all, for the significant results achieved thanks to their work, and wishes them all the best for a successful future.
