Consortium joint-stock company Perimetro: Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena sells 1.1% to Grapevine

Following further ownership definition of consortium joint-stock company Perimetro Gestioni Proprietà Immobiliari SCpA, Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena SpA has today sold 1.1% of its stake to Grapevine RE Srl.

Perimetro’s new shareholding structure (Class A shareholders) will be as follows:

• Beni Stabili Gestioni SpA Sgr, 20.1%
• Manutencoop Facility Management Spa, 20.1%
• Siram Spa, 20.1%
• Net Insurance Spa, 20%
• Mediobanca Spa, 9.7%
• Gruppo Montepaschi 7.9 %
• Grapevine RE Srl, 1.6 % (indirectly controlled by Fondazione Mps through Sansedoni Spa)
• AXA Assicurazioni, 0.5%

Transactions were made at a value substantially in line with Class A share capital, worth approximately EUR 5.5 mln.

Perimetro’s chairman, expressive of Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena’s shareholding, has turned in his resignation. No members are therefore representative of Banca Mps on the Board of Directors of consortium joint-stock company Perimetro.
