Siena, 21 December 2017 – With reference to the press release dated 18 December 2017 subsequent to the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A. announces that today, after having received the Decision of the Supervisory Authority, the new By-laws and resolutions on the appointment of the Board of Directors and Board of Statutory Auditors have been registered in the Companies’ Register of Siena and become duly effective
