BMPS: Turchi and Demartini express willingness to resign

Banca Monte dei Paschi announces that in the course of today's Board of Directors meeting, the Deputy Chairman Marco Turchi and director Paola Demartini expressed their willingness to resign so that the agreement entered into with the MPS Foundation be implemented and entry of the new representatives of the Shareholders' Agreement be facilitated.
