Riccardo Quagliana

A graduate in Law from the University of Milan, Mr. Quagliana held his first management positions in the legal field at Banca IMI, the Pirelli Group, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. In 2011, he joined the Fondiaria SAI Group, where he was responsible for corporate legal affairs in the areas of Finance, M&A, Real Estate and diversified Investments. During this period, he also served on the Board of Directors of Popolare Vita S.p.A. and Incontra Assicurazioni S.p.A.

In 2013, he joined Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A., initially as Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs, subsequently becoming Group General Counsel.

He served as Secretary to the Board of Directors of the Bank from 2016 to June 2026. He also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Perimetro Gestione Proprietà Immobiliari S.C.p.A. and as Deputy Chair of the Boards of Directors of Banca Widiba S.p.A. and MPS Capital Services S.p.A.
