Pierluigi Pace

Pierluigi Pace graduated in Economics and Business Administration from LUISS University in Rome in 1986 and obtained a Master’s degree in Tax Law from LUISS Business School in 1987. 

A Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, since 1989 he has run his own professional practice, where he has developed extensive experience in tax advisory services for Italian and international companies and entities operating across various sectors of the economy. His expertise also includes budgeting and financial statements, as well as corporate restructurings, valuations and expert reports.   

Since 1996, he has been a Court-Appointed Technical Expert for the Civil Court of Rome and has completed extensive training in various aspects of corporate governance for listed companies.

Throughout his professional career, he has held and continues to hold positions in the management and control bodies of major Italian companies operating across different sectors.

In particular, he has served, among other roles, as a member of the Board of Directors of the LVenture Group (2018–2021), Chair of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Italgas (2019–2022), Tod’s (2022–2025), and the Salcef Group (2022–2025), as well as Alternate Auditor of Campari (2019–2022).

He is currently Chairperson of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Enel.
