Paola Lucia Isabella Giordano

Chartered Accountant, registered with the Order of Turin since 1992 and enrolled in the Register of Statutory Auditors since 1995.

Ms. Giordano graduated in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Turin in 1989.

She has been practising as a Chartered Accountant and Auditor since 1992, gaining experience by collaborating with leading firms in Turin and as an Associate Professional at the Tax and Corporate Practice - part of the Deloitte network - in Turin from 2002 to 2007.

She has acquired solid experience in ordinary and extraordinary corporate transactions, in the preparation of expert opinions and company valuations, as well as expertise in corporate governance.

She currently works in a leading firm of Chartered Accountants, specialising in business and tax consultancy for companies and groups of companies, both national and international.

She is a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Buzzi S.p.A., a listed company, and SMAT - Società Metropolitana Acque Torino S.p.A., a public company. 

She has held and continues to hold positions as Standing Auditor and Chairperson of Boards of Statutory Auditors in industrial, commercial companies, and holding companies.

Ms. Giordano was appointed Alternate Auditor of Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A. on 11 April 2024.
