Lavinia Linguanti

Lavinia Linguanti has been a Standing Auditor of Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena since April 2023.

She holds a degree in Management & Governance from the University of Siena.

She is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor.

Since 2012, she has been a Subject Matter Expert in Tax Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Siena.

Since 2013, she has practiced as a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor.

She provides tax, accounting and corporate advisory services, and serves as a bankruptcy trustee and judicial commissioner, as well as a technical expert in civil proceedings involving financial and economic matters and employment disputes.

She has held numerous positions as Sole Auditor and Standing Auditor in limited liability companies.

From 2022 to 2023, she was a Member of the Council of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Siena.

Since 2 May 2022, she has served as a Standing Auditor of MPS Fiduciaria S.p.A.

Since 24 April 2024, she has served as a Standing Auditor of AXA MPS Assicurazioni Danni S.p.A. and AXA MPS Assicurazioni Vita S.p.A.

Since 14 April 2026, she has served as a Standing Auditor and Member of the Supervisory Body of Mediobanca S.p.A.

Since 29 April 2026, she has served as a Standing Auditor of AXA Italia Servizi S.C.p.A.
