Lavinia Linguanti

Lavinia Linguanti has been a Standing Auditor of Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena since April 2023.

She holds a degree in Management and Governance from the University of Siena.

She is a Chartered Accountant and Auditor.

Since 2012 she has been an Honorary Fellow of the Chair of Tax Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Siena.

She has been a Chartered Accountant and Auditor since 2013.

She provides tax, accounting and corporate advisory services and is a bankruptcy trustee and judicial commissioner, as well as a court-appointed expert in civil cases of an economic-financial nature and in labour cases.

She has held numerous positions as sole and statutory auditor of limited companies.

From 2022 to 2023 she has been a member of the Board of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Siena.

She is currently the standing auditor of MPS Fiduciaria Spa, the sole auditor of Aiace Reoco Srl in liquidation, the sole auditor of Lavanderia Senese Srl, the sole auditor of Salumi Il Borgo Srl and the sole auditor of Tuscany RF Srl.

Ms. Linguanti is currently a part-time Official of Confindustria Toscana Sud.
